Reserving a kitten

Text Box: Turtledove is a small in home cattery. Therefore, I only have a few litters a year. Kittens are raised underfoot with many hours of love and attention. They will be well socialized and litter box trained before they are aloud to go to their new homes. I do not let kittens go to their new homes until they are at least 12 weeks old. I have a NO Declaw Policy. Ragdolls can be trained to use a scratching post. I require my kittens to be indoor.
Policies & Prices:
Kittens are sold to approved homes only. Turtledove ragdolls do not go to their new homes until  between 12-13 weeks old. All kittens will be spayed or neutered. Kittens come with a health guarantee, set of shots, dewormed, written contract, registration paperwork, and a few days worth of food.
Pet Quality Kittens.  These babies are the same as show, but with slight conformational or pattern flaws.
Show Quality Kittens.  These are available first to those who wish to show.
Show/Breeders available to approved catteries only.
I will ship in the continental US, but shipping is at buyers expense and must be out of Knoxville, Tennessee  and weather permitting. Shipping cost must be received prior to shipping.
Reserving a Kitten:
First email us or call and let us know a little about yourself, children, other pets, etc. We like to know that are kittens are going to a good home. What you are looking for; male or female. The color and pattern. Since we are a small cattery and we don't have kittens all the time, a reservation is usually necessary. To reserve a kitten (waiting list), I will send you a buyer's contract to sign and return with a deposit of $100. An additional NON-REFUNDABLE $100 is required to reserve a specific kitten.  Until this $200 deposit is received on a specific kitten, it is considered available. Kittens are offered to those who have a reservation first. Final payment must be paid by cashier's check, money order, or cash. If by regular check, then there is a waiting period before picking up your kitten. Usually one to two weeks, until check has cleared the bank.

Visits to my home:
I allow two visits by appointment only and only when kittens are available. The first visit is to pick your kitten out. This happens only after first shots and usually between 8-9 weeks old. The second visit is to bring your new baby home, usually between 12-13 weeks.
Before you bring your kitten home, we recommend the following:
Worlds Best Cat Litter  Use Dr. Elsey's Cat Attract for potty problem children.
We feed are kittens Royal Canin Kitten and Indoor fomula.
We suggest that you have a few toys on hand, such as, teaser wands, furry mice, small round balls with bells.
Purchase a medium to large carrier (one that will hold up to 20lbs) so your kitten will have plenty of room. Your kitten will need this size when they are full grown. This is the safest way to transport your kitty to the vet and places.
Make sure you have a couple of scratch posts. Kittens love the cat condos, which also double as a scratch post.
